June, 2015 Elizabeth and Arthur Reich Scholarship $1,000 to $4,000 per year [African American and/or Hispanic-American.  U.S. citizens are eligible, regardless of their place of residence.] or [Graduates of public or private high schools in Atlantic City, Camden, East Orange, Elizabeth, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, New Brunswick, Passaic, Paterson, Perth Amboy, Plainfield, Union City or Trenton, regardless of their race or ethnicity are also eligible.]
