Information for workshop participants.
Local Organizer: Annmarie Carlton (Rutgers University)
Objectives of the Workshop:
- Identify and refine the most critical open questions regarding
biosphere/atmosphere interactions, with special emphasis on the Southeastern
U.S. and the associated temperature anomalies
- Identify which questions have the highest likelihood of being addressed
successfully as a community
- Identify critical measurements, measurement strategies and measurement
locations that would address the most important and potentially solvable
science questions
- Alert the larger community of our findings and study needs
This workshop is sponsored by the National Science Foundation.
Website hosting is provided by the Department of Environmental Sciences at Rutgers University.
