Workshop Organizers: Simone Tilmes (NCAR), Andrew Conley (NCAR), Alan Robock (Rutgers University), and Ben Kravitz (Pacific Northwest National Laboratory)

This workshop is in conjunction with an Early Career Summer School on geoengineering, held on July 20-24, 2015.

Objectives of the Workshop:

• Discuss past, present, and future of GeoMIP
• Introduce summer school participants to the topic of geoengineering, critically review the research that has been done in recent years, and discuss present and future research directions.
• Involvement in broader communities to explore how well models can be trusted in their representations of geoengineering
